After Andrea's brother, Francis, disappeared, everything changed. Her world was turned upside down, and there was nothing she could do to make it right again. After suffering 3 whole years without her brother, Andrea feels ready to completely give up.
So when she discovers a magical dream world called Reverie in the woods near her house, Andrea jumps at the chance to escape her pain and grief and go inside. But the cost of admission is high: she must give up a memory in order to enter.
Once inside, Andrea discovers tent after tent of dreams coming alive. Anything from flying to touching stars to braving pirates and searching to buried treasure and much, much more.
But Andrea soon realises that not all of Reverie's dreams are meant to bring joy and delight, and that the Sandman behind all the circus tents seems to have a plan of his own. When she finds a tent which brings her brother's worst nightmare to life - she understands that Reverie isn't an escape but a trap.
With a new friend, and a brother who could be a dream or reality by her side - they set out to figure out whats really going on in Reverie and to break free from the nightmarish dream world.
